If you don't see your insurance on the list below give us a call and we will try to help.

We also accept most major credit cards and cash in case you don't have insurance or an insurance we can't accept.  We accept most PPOs

• ATENA (PPO, EPO, MEDICARE) We do accept HMO but it needs a referral from patient's primary doctor due to insurance company's rules
